Gift Tracker

Guests send a gift from the invitation itself.

A QRIS code to scan or a tap through to their e-wallet, right on your invitation — no account number to copy, no receipt screenshot. Every gift lands in a tracker with the sender's name and message.

What the guest taps, and what you see

Step through the guest's side, then the tracker it lands in. The QR here is decorative — a real one is issued per wedding by our payment partner.

Withdraw to your bank

The basic Gift Tracker — a guest declaring an amount against their name, then transferring the ordinary way — is in every plan. One Tap Gift is what removes the manual transfer.

Nothing you do in this demo is saved.

01

The guest's side is three taps

The gift section shows a QRIS code and an amount field. A guest scans it with any Indonesian banking or e-wallet app, or taps straight through to their wallet.

They can leave a message with it, which arrives attached to the gift rather than in a separate chat.

02

Setting up the wallet

Only the account owner can set this up, and there's an identity check first: a government ID photo and a short liveness selfie, about five minutes. That's Indonesian payment regulation, not a Wedivo policy.

Your documents go to our licensed payment partner for review, usually a few business days. The Gifts page shows which stage you're at, and the gift option appears on your invitation on its own once it clears.

03

The tracker

Every gift is listed with who sent it, how much, their message and when it arrived. Totals sit across the top.

Export the whole list as a CSV — for thank-you notes, where you need name, amount and message side by side.

04

Getting the money out

Your balance is on the same page. To withdraw, enter an amount, bank code, account number and account holder's name; the status updates once processed.

Funds are held by the licensed payment partner, not by Wedivo — we are not a bank and never hold your money.

05

What every plan already has

Gift Tracker is in the baseline every published invitation ships with: a guest enters the amount they intend to send, it's recorded against their name, and they transfer to the bank account you list.

One Tap Gift removes the manual transfer — QRIS and the e-wallet handoff, settled through the payment partner.

Included in

One Tap Gift needs a plan that includes it. The basic Gift Tracker — a guest declaring an amount against their name, paid by ordinary transfer — is in every plan, including free.

Let the angpau arrive on its own.

Verify once before the day, and the gift section takes care of itself.
